June 20, 2008 - Union charges against HTH goes to next step |
June 2008 - The Hawaii office of the National Labor Relations Board is expected to submit its case against HTH Corporation to their Regional Office in San Francisco in the next two weeks. The case is based on numerous charges against HTH Corporation for violating US labor laws. The NLRB's investigation took longer than usual because HTH refused to provide information requested by the NLRB. HTH is expected to appeal and delay the proceedings as they have done with every NLRB judgement against them in the past 6 years. |
